Recipe: Cinnamon Infused Vodka

In no rush to get off the cinnamon obsessed ride. It's probably true love. And introduce alcohol to this relationship and there's no turning back. So vodka is one of the easiest things to infuse after of course tea (we will come to that soon) and cinnamon is strong contender.

WHAT YOU NEED 

• Non flavoured vodka 
• Few sticks of cinnamon 
• A clean jar 

HOW TO INFUSE VODKA WITH CINNAMON

1. Make sure the jar is clean and dry

2. Pour some vodka in it

3. Leave some cinnamon barks in there 

4. Seal shut and keep aside 

Don't be alarmed when the colour turns into a nice transparent honey brown. That's the bark working. Give it a couple of hours and enjoy your drink with some bubbling soda.
