Mission Baking - Chapter 1 - Vanilla Muffins

My first ever attempt at making muffins. Didn't go that well...the batter could have risen more. In hindsight, I figured my mistake was that my dough was too hard. It needed to softer...would've made a world of a difference. I won't give the recipe now...only after I have perfected it
