Wonder where we went
Between this minute and that hour
I remember every step I took
11 years ago, that November afternoon we moved
The van behind us drove
The unwashed remainder of all those years
I glanced behind memorizing the road
I don’t remember if we spoke.
Who would've known
We’d be here so long
These three static lives
floating without a song
No more aquariums
No more museums
No more movies
No more drives
This once lovely nucleus
Grew up too fast.
